We booked in February for the first week of August and stayed seven days at Los Frutales. For what you get, the room price is expensive, really too expensive. I wouldn't return even if it were free. Flies were everywhere because fallen, ripening fruit wasn't being picked up. If we left the windows open for five minutes, about 20 flies would get in. The owners know about the problem and left a plastic fly swatter; there are little blood spots all over the walls from swatting them, and plenty of fly marks too. The house also looks like it hasn't been painted in about five years. The fridge makes such an awful noise that it woke us in the middle of the night. The flat-screen TV uses an external digital tuner, so it feels like a 20-year-old television, and the bedroom TV is just for show, a CRT. The listing says there's parking, but there is only room for three cars. Two swings are broken, as is one picnic table in the garden. The shower pressure is good, but there's nowhere at mid-height to put shampoo or shower gel. That makes it impossible for someone with limited mobility to bend down in the shower.

The location is fantastic for reaching all the nearby beaches and attractions, and the pool is a real treat. We've stayed for two years running, and the comfortable apartment has everything you need. We'll definitely come again. 10 out of 10.

We got on very well with the other guests, and Siro was such a charming, attentive owner. The house is spotless and spacious, with a fantastic outdoor area: pool, barbecue, swings, and lawn. We spent two weeks here with our two children. It's also well placed for beaches and other places of interest. Highly, highly recommend it. Thank you, David. Natalia

Our son had a great time on the garden slide and swings, and we enjoyed the barbecue and pool during a lovely week. The beach is only a few minutes away. The owners were lovely, and the apartment was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. We'd definitely come back!

The apartment was spotless and had lots of thoughtful touches. The grounds and house are spectacular. Everything was just right, from the location and cleanliness to the towels, sheets, and kitchenware. We had a fantastic week and will definitely return.
