I ate at Hotel Candano but didn’t stay there. The food was excellent, and the salad and chicken with chips were generous portions. I couldn’t fit in dessert. It was 15 euros, and I’d highly recommend eating here.

We paid €174 for two people to stay three nights, with breakfast included, and it was excellent value. The hotel was quiet, very clean, and welcoming. Towels were replaced every day, and the staff were helpful and really friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.

The cleanliness was what stood out most to me. The room was basic and the beds were comfortable, but everything was spotless, which is essential for me. It’s a very simple one-star hostel/hotel with basic amenities for a few days. There’s no elevator, so carrying a lot of luggage upstairs can be a hassle, though free parking is just behind the hotel. Breakfast costs 4 euros per person. It’s a simple buffet with the essentials, and the Spanish omelet is delicious if you get there early enough. In the evening, the restaurant is a good option after a day at the beach or visiting nearby towns, with tasty burgers and pizzas at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely be back.
