Don Tito deserves a special mention as a lovely host. Three friends and our families spent this past weekend at Los Llanos estate and had a fantastic time. The facilities, location, service, and price all made us happy. We'll definitely return.

There's no private pool, it's shared, which was a disaster for us. They say pets are allowed, but when you arrive with four dogs, they tell you it's not a dog training school. They give cleaning and disinfection as the reason, even if you say the dogs are clean, and the house looks far dirtier in the photos anyway. It's a disgrace, and I definitely wouldn't book with them. They offered a 17% discount compared with Booking.com, which came to barely €3.

Titi was such a friendly and helpful host, and did everything he could for us. Thanks, Tito, we had a lovely stay and we'll come back. The property is surrounded by nature in a beautiful setting, and both the house and grounds look just like the photos.

We found the place peaceful and pleasant, and pets would enjoy it a lot. There's a big Unide in the village, with Carrefour and Mercadona in nearby towns. The property is spacious, with several places to eat, including the dining room, terrace, barbecue area, pool house, and the space behind the kitchen. It has towels, blankets, heaters, and a few pantry groceries. The owners are friendly and live next door. David Lozoya rents it out, but the information he gives before booking isn't accurate. The pool wasn't available on the October bank holiday weekend, when a swim after the barbecue would've been nice. The advertised beer tap didn't work, and the owner told us there's no Wi-Fi. It generally costs around €250 a night and sleeps up to 10, including two sofa beds. There's a €100 deposit.

The owners were so thoughtful from the moment we arrived. Tito had the fireplace and heaters going and the radio on, and his wife brought us delicious French toast. They were always attentive. We stayed with friends over Easter week and had a fantastic time. The house was spotless and peaceful, with a pool, great barbecue, foosball, beer taps, and several tables outside for dinner. Mountains and countryside surround it, so it's a great base for walking and running. Pelayos de la Presa is beautiful and quiet, with an adventure park featuring a zip line and climbing wall, an old monastery that shows up in horror films, and a lake about a half-hour walk away. Tito keeps chickens for eggs and a small vegetable garden, and can make paella if asked. His food is delicious and home-style, like at your grandma's village house. Highly recommended, and I'd love to return in summer.
