The location made getting around easy, with Placa de Catalunya a straightforward walk away and transport right nearby. We took a quick, easy taxi from the airport for 30 euros after a long day. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were good. Breakfast had plenty of tasty hot and cold choices. There was a small problem with the bathroom sink, but staff sorted it out quickly, apologized, and offered us free drinks. Everyone was polite and helpful. We'd gladly recommend the hotel and stay again.

After a 26-hour trip from Sydney Australia, we reached Hotel Jazz at 10:30am and the front desk team found us a room within 20 minutes. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our one-day stay, sharing useful tips and warning us about possible roadblocks. The room was tidy and very clean, the location was convenient, and we enjoyed the breakfast too.

We asked not to be put on the second floor because of the metro noise, and the staff listened, placing us on the third floor or higher. I think the fifth or sixth might be even quieter. The metro is right under the hotel, but it's only about 20 seconds to reach it, and Placa de Catalunya is a short walk away. The rooms are clean and look fresh rather than worn or old. Service was great, especially when we had requests, and breakfast had lots to choose from.

We came back after staying here for our honeymoon 18 years ago, and had the same wonderful experience. The staff are kind and helpful, and clearly take pride in the place. Our family room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel itself is modern and impeccably kept. After sightseeing, the rooftop pool was a lovely place to cool off and relax. Several metro stations are just steps away, with Casa Batllo an easy walk. There are also plenty of good restaurants, tapas spots, supermarkets, and bars nearby, and it was easy to get around the area. I'd absolutely stay a third time and recommend it for Barcelona.

Reception were really helpful, letting us check out a little late and store our bags. The rooftop pool area was lovely, with plenty of loungers and seats for the number of guests there that weekend. We had a great three-night long weekend at The Jazz with my wife. The Aerobus stop is just a two-minute walk away, so getting here from the airport was easy. Our room was nicely maintained and had one of the biggest beds I've ever seen. Breakfast offered a good range of hot and cold food, kept well stocked. Very hard to fault, and I'll look to book again next time I'm in Barcelona.
