Sercotel Caspe

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rest was disappointing. The rooms felt old and need renovation and modernization, and whenever we used the bathtub, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage. Breakfast was very poor, with hardly any choice, especially for vegetarians. The coffee was bad too.

The service was a big part of why I was happy here. Everyone was friendly and polite, from the people who checked me in at reception to the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good, and my room was comfortable and quiet. It was also in a walkable part of Barcelona. I stayed for a few nights and would like to come back. This hotel will probably be my go-to for future visits. Thanks!

The room was clean and a decent size, and we liked the firm bed. The construction going on at the hotel didn’t make any noise that we could hear. Front desk staff were really friendly. The location was great, with sights and restaurants all close enough to walk to. Definitely a great place to stay.

Breakfast was the best part, with lots of options and really nice staff. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and there was plenty of storage. But the safe was too small for a small computer or other electronics. There were cleanliness and comfort problems elsewhere. The bathroom was very worn and poorly cleaned, and the towels didn’t seem very clean either. The sheets were uncomfortable and too small for the bed. The mattress protector felt very plasticky, which made noise and wasn’t comfortable. Security didn’t feel great. Anyone could get into the hotel and room areas, and when I left my key card in the room, they gave me a replacement without checking that I was the right person. The hotel had a very corporate feel and wasn’t comfortable overall. It was too expensive for what it was.
