With everywhere closed on a Monday night, we ducked into La Arcada, tucked away up a back street. A few locals were sitting around with beers. We let the waitress pick our tapas for three, and the food was delicious. We ate our fill, and the staff were friendly. Good food and good prices. I was in Binefar for business, and the weather was very hot.

The portions are generous, everything is delicious, and it’s good value. We had patatas bravas, spicy chicken wings, scrambled eggs with mushrooms and foie gras, and a sandwich with local sausage. The service was excellent, too. It’s an interesting spot for dinner or drinks, with tasty tapas and a great atmosphere. Definitely worth considering.

The hot dogs are a must-try, and everything else we had was delicious, with generous portions. The restaurant gets busy, so book ahead if you can. The staff are excellent, though service can be a little slow when there are lots of customers. Still, it’s worth the wait.
