The host met us outside and welcomed us into reception, which meant a lot since we don’t speak Spanish. She then took time to explain the apartments and gave us maps and personal suggestions for food, day trips, and family activities nearby. We’re staying in a separate apartment block run by the hotel, so that’s a different review. This one is about the hotel service, and that welcome left us with a really positive impression for our stay.

The pools were clean and a good size, one for adults and one for toddlers, and parking was spacious and easy. The renovated bathroom was great, and the beds had very comfortable mattresses. Sofas and armchairs were fine. The apartments are roomy, warmly decorated, and practical, with a better-equipped kitchen than most Spanish apartments, including a toaster, manual orange juicer, and cutting board. No electric kettle, though that’s completely normal in Spain. Best of all, dogs are welcome. A great choice for the Cantabrian coast.

The reception service was great, and the location is fantastic. The apartment’s a little small, but the bathroom is lovely, with a shower I’d be proud to have at home. A kettle in the kitchen would be nice, but otherwise it’s great.

The place has a great atmosphere, good food, and lovely service. I was really impressed by the new renovation, and it’s close to the beach. I’ll definitely be back!
