The reception team at Las Piramides were fantastic. We asked for a replacement fridge and balcony table when we arrived, and they sorted both within ten minutes. We also paid a £20 deposit for the remote and got a new flat-screen TV arranged. We stayed for three weeks as a family of four and had a great time. The location was great, and our room looked over Columbus hotel. The main bed was comfortable, though the sofa and settee bed were really uncomfortable. I would have liked a broom, since the maids didn't sweep the floors as often as I would have. Thanks for a fantastic stay.xx

Really cheap, and probably fine for a stag do, but the floor clearly hadn't been mopped in ages. I'd keep flip-flops on the whole time. Air conditioning would be a welcome addition.

The pool area was fun, with plenty to do for groups. Our room was amazing. It's basic, but that was fine for a girls' holiday.

A real bargain, with a great location and everything you need for the price.

Basic place, but right in the middle of everything. It felt friendly, clean, and secure.
