Aqua Vista El Cardon 1BR Free Parking Heated Pool

We really enjoyed this very quiet place in an excellent location.

The pool is magnificent, with parasols and loungers all around it, and it’s kept very clean. It used to have a bar service, which is still in good condition, but there isn’t any now. My only complaint is the tourists who put towels and belongings on the loungers early in the morning, then leave and come back later. The complex has four entrances and sits right by the best beaches, including El Camisón, with beautiful views. One entrance is a short walk from the El Camisón bus stop, with buses to the South Airport, Santa Cruz, Adeje, Sian Mall, Fañabe and other places. Another entrance is just steps from a Mercadona supermarket and charming cafes and restaurants. That area is also a stop for buses going around the island. It’s close to the city centre and all kinds of shops and services, and the complex is consistently maintained and clean.

The seawater pool is gorgeous, heated in winter, and kept quiet and well maintained, with loungers and umbrellas. The complex itself is peaceful, just steps from the sea, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Our apartment was well kept and had all the comforts we needed: a small terrace overlooking the pool, beach umbrella, lounge chair, Wi-Fi, very comfortable mattress, plus all the appliances and bathroom and kitchen accessories you could need. Having a private parking space in the garage was fantastic in such a central area, where parking isn’t always easy. I highly recommend this vacation rental. I’m glad I met the owner and can count on her for my Tenerife vacations.

I want to report that the person renting apartment 208 in the Atlántico building, next to El Cardón and without a pool, is giving tenants a key to enter El Cardón and use its pool. They’re often seen leaving El Atlántico and going into El Cardón via the shared walkway with those keys. This is making the El Cardón pool overcrowded with people who don’t live or rent there.
