The apartment was pleasant and quiet, and getting around from there was easy. It was cleaned very well. Finding the place was a little tricky, and Tjäreborg's instructions, including for check-in, weren't very good. :)

The rooms didn't look as large as the brochure suggested, and the lovely marble pillars shown in the pictures weren't there. Of the two deluxe apartments, 401 had a bedroom with a window view, while 402 faced a skylight. It wasn't set up as a bedroom with one double and two single beds either. There was more of a living room with a sofa bed, which was awkward for our group: one member was menopausal and sometimes needed to sleep naked when it got too hot, while the two people in the single room couldn't share a bed because they weren't partners. Let's just say Debbie had seen all there was to see, and leave it at that. We arrived on Monday after a frustrating transfer. The coach wasn't a minibus and spent over an hour and a half dropping people at several places before we were told reception at the other hotel had closed and we'd need to collect the keys elsewhere. Nobody welcomed us or explained how things worked. I'd have paid £25 for a seven-seater straight to the airport instead of being dropped at several hotels. The bus air conditioning didn't work, and we couldn't face taking it back, so the £25 transfer we'd booked for Monday was worth it just to avoid that ordeal. We definitely wouldn't come back.

The staff were really friendly, the price was cheap, and check-in and check-out were easy. Everything was close by. The hotel was clean and much better than I expected, and my family and I enjoyed our stay. I'd definitely book here again.
