The place was dirty and full of cockroaches, and the owner was nasty. When we raised the problem, they denied it, despite three cans of bug spray under the sink. They didn't offer to fix anything or even apologize, just told us to leave if we didn't like it. They also charged us a cancellation fee. After that, they tried to stop us posting a review on Booking.com, so we had to call customer service to get the review invitation unblocked.

From my 11th-floor room I could see all of Los Cristianos, and the building has an elevator. The room was clean, spacious, and nicely equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, iron, oven, and microwave. Shops and restaurants are plentiful nearby, and the beach is only a few minutes away. I highly recommend it.

We had an unforgettable holiday in a great location. Breakfast on the balcony was lovely, with the morning sun and a beautiful view. Windy provided good service, and we had plenty of things to use, including a washing machine. The only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner.

Our first island trip was a fantastic vacation. We ran into a few quirks, but that was probably down to our inexperience.

The building is close to both the beach and the city centre, and felt more welcoming than Las America's.
