The food was magnificent, with loads of variety. I thanked the restaurant manager on the way out because coordinating that large service must be a job, and this was the best hotel buffet I've had. For the quality and choice, it was easily worth the money. I did put on weight, haha. The chefs and staff, including Rebecca, Clara, and Simoine, were an amazing team. It felt like the place really cared for families. Each night, the football court had activities for young people, from dance parties and sports competitions to social events. They seemed safe and supported by staff, while still having room to breathe. Seeing parents play football with their kids before bed was so wholesome. The two pools are a good size, with plenty of sunny loungers. Nobody was allowed to reserve beds with towels in the early morning, which made things blissfully easy. Our room had a jacuzzi, which was incredible. You can upgrade or book one with a jacuzzi too. I needed a ground-floor room and air conditioning, and this place was a dream. There was air con in the bedroom at night and in the front living area. My partner needs it because of epilepsy at night if the temperature gets above 20C. Honestly, this was the easiest, most relaxing place I've stayed. I'm absolutely going back, as often as I can afford.

The staff were the highlight of our 11-night couples' holiday. They were brilliant, and the service was perfect. The drinks suited us well, and I was impressed they had real Coca-Cola on tap. The all-inclusive food was acceptable, though it became comically predictable, so we went out for other food a few times. Our room was laid out well, with a TV showing English channels, a kitchen, and a separate bedroom. It was mostly clean, though there were lots of ants on the patio. They went away if we kept things off the floor, and only a few got into the room through a crack in the tiles. Some things were broken: the toilet kept dripping, the sofa had what looked like an iron burn, and there were a few smaller issues. Nothing was too bad, and we saw maintenance staff working hard to keep things in order. Noise was a real problem, both day and night. Construction at the back went on through the day. Being in the middle of Las Americas also meant loud nights. Saturday was worst: music at another hotel continued until around 1 am, and noisy neighbours played music until 2 am, then started up again around 6:30 am. We complained at reception, but nothing changed. If you want to party, though, the location is ideal. It's mainly a family hotel and seemed popular with guests needing extra accessibility features. From what we saw, the hotel caters for them well, and that earns it an extra star. We wouldn't stay again because of our personal preferences, but it was still a nice visit.

The all-inclusive experience was the best I've had in a while. The food was terrific, with lots of choice and seven or eight desserts some days. The dining rooms were spotless, the bar staff friendly, and the included spirits were big brands. Sunbed booking was civilised too: just put your towel down when you go in for breakfast. There were pool games around lunchtime, then it was quiet bliss. The bungalows were lovely, clean, and comfortable, and the TV could play YouTube and the like.

The pool area was lovely and had plenty of sunbeds. Evening entertainment had a good mix and worked well for couples and families. Food was tasty, with a good range and something for everyone. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the rooms were immaculate. The maid was kind, polite, and respectful. All the staff were brilliant, friendly, helpful, and good to chat with. Jorge, Sanchez, Peque, and Roberto really stood out. I was grateful for their service and tipped them on our last day. I had an amazing first stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. I'll be back.
