A good choice if you don’t need the usual hotel extras. This feels more like a residential building, with some apartments rented to tourists, so there’s no typical reception, bar or shop on site, or toilet by the pool. There are no lifts either, but the car park is decent if you’re renting a car. We booked our high-standard apartment through a third-party website. The complex was lovely and quieter, under a five-minute walk from the main Golden Mile, with plenty of more local-style bars and places to eat nearby. We’d happily stay again.

After holidaying in Playa de las Americas for 22 years, I’d say this may be the best quality-for-price option across the Americas. The resort has improved a lot since the four-month renovation in summer 2024. It’s clean, very central, has car parking, and there weren’t many people around the pool.

It was fine, and the location is spot on. The hotel has no facilities, so be aware, as I’ve seen people complain about that. The pool area was quiet.
