The camera overlooking the pool was a real concern, especially since there was no notice about it. We also reported the damage to the owner several times, but when it was time to return the keys, she didn't even come to collect them, which felt very odd. Casa Frasco was extremely dirty, with wasps and cobwebs throughout. The toilet was brown inside, and the shower curtain and tray were in poor shape. On the first night, the double bed broke as soon as my husband and I lay down, and we both ended up on the floor.

The pool water gave both my children and me a skin allergy, so we've had to use corticosteroid creams. Inside the house, the toilet had a black crust as though it hadn't been cleaned in years, the mattresses were yellow-stained, and the bed frames and sofas were in very poor condition. We first found a lot of cockroaches and went into town to buy insecticide, then the next day I saw that the shower was infested with them too. The landlady was very rude when we arrived and spoke to my family and me in a derogatory way. She left the keys and went off without explaining anything. We stayed five days and four nights and tried to put those problems aside to enjoy our holiday, but after booking based on the rating, I realized this place really wasn't what we were looking for.

The owners were so welcoming, and the house was spotless, with lovely little decorative touches in the garden. Casa María was a fantastic rural stay with a shared pool, and everything was adapted for people with disabilities. We'd definitely come back.

Margarita and Sebastián made us feel so welcome and were really helpful. Casa Frasco was a lovely place to unwind, with a great pool and our own barbecue, which we used several times. It stayed cool and sunny through the day, with only a little sun in the late afternoon. I also think it's great that the place is adapted for people with disabilities. Thanks for everything, we'd love to return.

The service was excellent, and everything was just right, very clean and great for both kids and adults. We'll definitely come back next year. I'd recommend it 100%.
