They even had a bed and water bowl ready for our dog, with treats available at reception around the clock. Check-in was easy, and everyone was lovely to talk to. We’d happily stay again.

Our dog had a bed and bowl waiting in the room, which was a lovely touch. The room was small, but comfortable for a few nights, clean, and warm. Iker at the front desk was especially wonderful. He went well beyond his role to help us sort out a personal problem. Truly the best.

For such a cheap little place, this hotel has a lot going for it: comfy beds, a smart TV, free tea and lemon water, and it’s pet friendly. The staff were amazing, and they’ll provide free amenities if you ask. I know four-star hotels that don’t even do that. I usually stay with friends in Bilbao, but I’d definitely consider coming back if I need a hotel. 10/10, such a happy stay.

We had everything we needed for one night before catching the ferry back to Ireland. The rooms are small, but clean and tidy, and there’s plenty of off-road parking. It’s still 15kms from the ferry, though the area is very nice. The price was very good, and the optional full continental breakfast was great.
