Getting to the room was exhausting: after four long flights of stairs just to reach reception, there were another four before we got to our room. The room itself was tiny and not cleaned properly, and the mattress was horrible. The bed had one long head cushion for both people, which was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen on a couple's bed. Cheap doesn't always mean it's worth it, and this is a great example. Worst hostel I've stayed in.

Please avoid room 204. The shower door was broken and fell down while I was showering, hurting me. The room was tiny, there was no soundproofing, and the TV from room 205 came straight through the wall, so I had to go ask reception to get them to stop it. There was a €5 charge for each key and remote control. When I was exhausted and arrived, the receptionist couldn't speak English, so it took 15 minutes to communicate with a Spanish-speaking staff member using a translator. The owner couldn't speak English at all, the room was awful, there was no refrigerator, the shower door was smashed, the remote cost €5, and the walls let through so much noise that I couldn't sleep. Go if you want to waste your money and lose sleep.

The staff were the worst I've ever encountered at a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Keep in mind that you'll have to climb to the fifth floor, since there's no elevator.

The place was shabby, dirty, and the staff didn't speak English very well. They also put the card transaction through using DCC.

The rooms are very cheap, and the Wi-Fi was good. The air conditioning was in good condition too. Staff were a problem, though, since they couldn't speak English.
