I was shocked when I arrived to find the room was dark, damp, and had no proper window or air circulation. Its only so-called window was an opaque pane in the bathroom, inside the bathtub, looking onto an interior service shaft. That is not what I would reasonably expect, and the listing on the platform never disclosed this detail. The management told us, "Our small standard rooms don’t have windows." They denied our requests to change rooms or get a partial refund and made no attempt to sort it out. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable, and the lack of light and ventilation raised hygiene concerns for me as well as questions about whether it met health regulations. When booking a hotel, you expect basics like daylight and airflow unless you're told otherwise. Here, I think the description should clearly say: ROOM WITH NO WINDOWS AND LACK OF AIR CIRCULATION. A cave is more comfortable.

We stayed in seven places during our trip to Spain, and this hotel was our favorite. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the convenient location and outdoor breakfast. Thanks for accommodating our early check-in and taking such good care of us. Your tips about the coves were really helpful, and we had a great day exploring them. We'll recommend the hotel to anyone we know visiting Mallorca.

The location in the heart of Artà is wonderful, and parking is easy, which is a big plus. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated, and the staff are always friendly and take great care of everything so our stay goes smoothly. We always choose this hotel when we're in Mallorca. It's one of our favorites.

It was easy to reach the staff on WhatsApp, and self check-in was handy since we arrived late. The hotel is quite nice, though it felt deserted in a slightly spooky way, with no breakfast area anymore. The upstairs terrace is pleasant. There's free public parking about a five-minute walk away, air conditioning, and a great location just beside Artà's main street. A few things were inconvenient: setting the shower temperature was difficult, the stairs sloped down so much they were hard to climb, and our TV remote didn't work. We were on the top floor in Room 9, where there were no blackout curtains. Water was also shut off for two hours on the morning we were due to check out. Bring your own shampoo and body wash.

The managers were so kind and helpful, and we’d love to come back. We were lucky enough to stay just before the hotel opened, and you can see how much care went into the renovation. The rooms have lovely details, and the location couldn’t be more central. We really loved our stay.
