Avoid this place. We woke up to blood stains on the bed and what looked like about ten bed bugs of different sizes crawling around. My partner and I both had bites. The manager’s response made an already awful stay worse. First he said it wasn’t true, then dismissed it as no big deal and blamed us. When I asked him to come and look, he refused. Other guests came over to say how awful the situation was. He was rude and made no effort to fix anything.

We found around 15 bedbugs on the bed in the morning and ended up with roughly a hundred bites. The guy running the place was already rude and unfriendly before we said anything. When we told him, he shrugged it off as no issue and wouldn’t come see them swarming. After that reaction, and given how bad the infestation was, I wouldn’t be surprised if he already knew and did nothing. This ruined our holiday and cost us hundreds for throwing things away and getting expensive cleaning done. Avoid the place.

The rooms were very clean, the service was good, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.

The room was very good, but the price was the highest I paid on the whole Camino. At 08:10 there still wasn’t any breakfast. I called and they arrived five minutes later, though of course making coffee takes time. Very, very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend it. Laundry wasn’t possible either, not possible at all.
