While passing through on the way to Santiago, my wife urgently needed a toilet. We asked the owners if she could use one, offered to pay, and said we would order something at the cafe. They still said no. We were told that everything costs money, even water, paper, and light. Fortunately, the nearby campsite had no problem helping us. You can decide for yourself whether you want to deal with people like that.

After walking nearly 30 km, we arrived tired and were told the apartment would cost 120 euros. I had spoken with the owner by phone and understood that we had agreed on 80 euros for accommodation for four adults, but she said she hadn't understood that we wanted the whole apartment. The two-bedroom place smelled bad, the fridge was dirty and barely usable, and there was no air conditioning or washing machine. There was a TV, but it was an old CRT set. It didn't feel worth even 80 euros. The worst part was dealing with the owner, and it felt like she took advantage of us having no alternatives. That was far from the spirit of the pilgrimage. We got neither a receipt nor stamps. I wouldn't recommend it to pilgrims on the Camino.

The couple seemed nice and were trying to manage things, but the place felt cold and unwelcoming on a very wet day. Our rooms had no heat until late in the evening, after we'd had an overpriced dinner.

The place is really run down, and €5 for two cans of Coke that weren't even very cold was a lot.

The owners are older, but they were really kind and helpful. The meal was delicious, and the service was just as good.
