The hot water capacity seemed limited. We were four people visiting in winter, and after two showers the hot water ran out, so the other two had to wait. If all of us were showering one after another, we had to be quick. Apart from that, we were very happy with the stay. Staff were friendly and responded quickly when we asked for things. On the first day there were four bath towels but no hand towels; once we asked, they promptly brought more, so no worries there.

You’re right in the middle of things on Calle Mayor, across from Plaza Mayor, and can walk to almost anywhere. The location is the best part if you want Centro, Sol, or the tourist area. We stayed in 5D, and despite being on the main street, the apartment was very quiet. It’s huge, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. I wish there’d been a dryer. Each room has its own air conditioning and heater, and there’s an elevator, which is a plus. It’s not a five-star hotel, but for the price and apartment size it’s good enough.

We had a really lovely, very clean apartment in a great location close to everything. The dishwasher and washing machine cleaning supplies weren’t provided, but when we got in touch they delivered them right away. I’d recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

The location is right across from Plaza Mayor, with restaurants, shopping, and plenty of places within walking distance. The apartment was huge, clean, and had everything we needed. There was lots of storage, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Connecting with the Aspasios team on WhatsApp was easy, and check-in and checkout were straightforward. Everything was wonderful. I’d recommend it and stay again.
