Gryffi-Gryffindor!!!!

Sharing the house with three couples we’d never met could’ve been awkward, but we got along really well and had a lovely weekend. Fernando was attentive throughout and had already sent helpful tips and recommendations before we arrived. The tower is packed with wonderfully detailed, perfectly themed touches, including things you’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere. And the two workshops are much more than just activities: we learned interesting facts and techniques we wouldn’t try at home, and came away with great memories that’ll make any Harry Potter fan jealous. I won’t spoil too much, because finding all the magic for yourself is part of the fun. Fans will love it, and I think people who aren’t fans can enjoy it too. Thank you for such an amazing experience ⚡️💜

Even with rain keeping us inside for most of the weekend, I was happy to spend the time exploring the house. It’s beautiful, with so much wood, and every room and corner has its own special details. The decorations include books, wands, potions, props from the films, and plenty more. Fernando, the owner, was always checking whether we needed anything and was glad to help. On Saturday we made wands in a really entertaining workshop. I didn’t take a picture, but they turned out great. We also had a lot of fun mixing colors in the Potions workshop to make a brew that looked as lovely as the photo. The bedrooms are gorgeous. The Red Lion (Gryffindor) room especially stands out, with its English-style lounge and several other bedrooms. This fantasy-themed country house has so many incredible touches that it felt like spending a weekend at Hogwarts Castle. I hope I can come back every year. My congratulations to Fernando for turning a rural house into Hogwarts Castle and continuing to add objects from the films. I wonder what we’ll find next year 🤔🤔🤔
