We enjoyed our four-night stay, and after reading other comments I’d been anxious, but it wasn’t as bad as some people made out. The location was okay. The bedroom was quiet and airy, with a comfortable bed and a window, and the smell there was fine. We didn’t have a real view, though. The Pepa Suite greeted us with a damp smell. It wasn’t unbearable, but it wouldn’t go away, partly because the living area had no actual windows. That area was quite dark, and the photos were misleading. The TV was faulty: one time it switched itself on, and the other times there was sound but no picture. It was also very slow and annoying. In the kitchen area, the one socket was a nuisance since we had to unplug the microwave to use the kettle.

The accommodation was well equipped, with modern, bright furnishings and strong Wi-Fi. It’s well placed for exploring lovely Seville, with lots of nice bars within walking distance.

I stayed in the top-floor Victoria apartment, and calling it a “suite” is a huge exaggeration. As soon as you enter, there’s a steep, narrow staircase going down, which I found dangerous. The tiny bedroom and small bathroom are downstairs, and the shower is made for one person but leaks water everywhere. The bathroom leak has warped the parquet floor. The bedroom heater doesn’t work, and there’s a constant extractor fan noise from the living room. The sofa has a cigarette burn, and the furniture is in poor condition. WhatsApp contact is through AI.

I’d happily come back. The place was spotless and clearly renovated and looked after, and the WhatsApp customer service was excellent. I loved staying here.

The location is convenient and the place feels secure, but the apartment was damp and musty. There was no proper outside view from the bedroom, just a window onto the shared hallway where people passed. The stained sofa was unpleasant, and finding hair on the bathroom cabinet handle was the worst part for me 😭. The entrance was heavily perfumed too, which is rough for anyone with allergies.
