The room was great, and the parking felt safe. Staff were very helpful and spoke English, so communication was easy for a tourist. Service was great even outside business hours.

My family holiday was completely ruined. I booked directly with the hotel nine months ago and have a confirmation email with a reservation number. A couple of days before check-in, I also got a reminder email. But when we arrived, we were told the hotel had new owners as of January 2024, and they didn't know about reservations made before then. The hotel was full, and it was too late to find anything around Donostia. I've never been in a situation like this before. What a scam!!!

A great little find, with a fantastic price, spotless rooms, and a great location.

There's a bus stop right across the street, and it's a 15-minute ride to Donostia. The room was clean and spacious, though ours wasn't very bright. Everything else was great, and the mattress was super comfortable.

This was my third stay, and I expect I'll be back. It's a handy halfway stop when driving from Spain to the UK. The rooms are consistently very modern, with comfy beds and plenty of space in both the rooms and bathrooms. There's no receptionist, but the entry instructions sent by message are clear and easy to follow. I can't complain. The location is a bit unconventional, though the inside is surprisingly modern. It wouldn't look out of place in London or Madrid. It feels very underrated.
