We checked in on 22nd May 2025, and my mom needed a wheelchair. The two women at reception were incredibly kind and helpful, including arranging a taxi to the hospital. When we returned after midnight, one of them quickly opened the door and brought a wheelchair so Mom could get up to our room. I’m very grateful, though unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the location beside Carrefour was convenient.

The price or lack of availability might make you consider it for a night, but be ready not to sleep. Passing vehicles on the road right outside made the night awful. Breakfast was very poor. At 8 Euros, I’d go to the nearby Mall for a better one.

The buffet breakfast was very nice, and they even made me a perfect fried egg. The staff were kind and helpful, and there’s a large shopping center across the street. This is a very comfortable roadside hotel, with four stars well deserved. The rooms are huge: there’s a sitting area with a desk, chairs, TV, and a doorway to a huge private balcony. The large bedroom has another TV, bedside tables, a walk-in closet, and a well designed bathroom.

Good price, with parking and breakfast included. The rooms are big and the bed was nice.

The room had a useful studio space by the entrance, and both areas were well arranged. Everything at the hotel was clean, and the service staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a nice place at Avila’s entrance, almost 3.5 km from downtown.
