The place was clean and spacious, and even though it's central, the courtyard location keeps it quiet. Once we checked in, we had to find our room ourselves, and it wasn't easy to work out where it was at first.

The bed was only suitable for someone no taller than 1.70 meters (5'7"), and nobody warned us. Service was the worst I've ever had at accommodation. We were told we could check in at 2:30 pm, but that wasn't true. They handed us the keys at that time, then left us to search the streets for the building with badly drawn arrows the receptionist had scribbled on paper. She was rude and unhelpful. We finally found the room at 2:50 pm. They didn't meet the check-in time in the contract, yet expected us to leave at noon sharp. They entered with their keys without knocking first.

When they were preparing the apartment, we left our luggage there and were charged €2 for it, even though we only had to leave it because they were late handing over the keys. We won't return. I hope this review helps them improve, because they badly need to. The apartment was far from the address listed in the description and booking confirmation. The receptionist's service was appalling. She used vulgar language, spoke disrespectfully, and made unpleasant gestures.

There was no elevator, which was awkward with our luggage, but we got some exercise carrying it up. We loved this modern, beautiful apartment right in the city center, just steps from shopping streets, bars, and restaurants. There's an amazing creperie downstairs too. I'd definitely return!
