Niemeyer flats 1 piso VUT-1949-AS

The flat was just right for a few days, had everything we needed, and fit the budget. Great location too. Thanks from UK !!

It’s a well-equipped apartment with modern decor, and the location is excellent. Parking is very difficult unless you pay for it. The big drawback is access: there’s no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and, I’d say, dangerous, especially for children and older people. Carrying luggage up them makes it even harder.

The kitchen was great, the place was very clean, and with the new windows you couldn’t hear a sound. I slept really well on the box spring mattress. For €200 for 4 nights for two people, I think it’s great. I’ve seen comments about pillows and towels, but what are people expecting, a 5-star hotel for €1,200? It’s been the best apartment I’ve stayed in so far, and unbeatable value for money. It’s right beside the square, which I fell in love with. When I come back, I won’t look anywhere else.

It’s an unusual building across from Avilés, with lots of cultural activity. Too bad the access bridge was closed for maintenance on the day we visited.
