A classy, elegant countryside hotel that's very well maintained and relatively cheap for its roadside location. I really enjoyed the delicious, marvelous breakfast and will definitely come back next time I'm in Ayerbe.

I contacted them through Booking.com and email after my motorbike broke down, to explain what happened and ask whether they could waive the charge for one day in the circumstances. They had the right to do that, and I didn't mind paying, but they never replied and simply charged me. The service was terrible. If something goes wrong, they don't help. I'll find somewhere else when I'm able to travel again.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and perfectly adequate. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout a fantastic weekend. Definitely a good choice for a visit to the area.

We reported a serious bed linen cleanliness and hygiene issue. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they blamed us. Unbelievable. Check the bed before you use it, because if something is wrong at night, there's nobody to turn to, and the next day they'll say it's your fault. We won't return to that hotel. Even so, they couldn't spoil a wonderful outing in an area well worth visiting.

It's very well placed for seeing local sights, and the welcome was friendly. Staff speak some French. Breakfast was poor, well below what I'd expect from a 3-star hotel. Parking is free, though rather uninviting and barely passable.
