The courtyard entrance gave us a good amount of privacy, and the place itself was great. The location really carries this rating. We found hotels in similar locations for similar rates to what we ended up paying, so I’d recommend looking at those too. The apartment was pretty dirty. There were dirty water marks running down the bathroom doors, the shower leaked, and there weren’t enough towels for the whole stay. The lights flickered hauntingly when switched on.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the place is close to all the amenities.

Being right in the historic center was the apartment's biggest plus. Inside, though, it fell short. It had what you need for a good stay, but upkeep was lacking: the sheets and towels were stained, and although things looked put away, the apartment was very dirty. The main gate also needs urgent repair and was really difficult to open with the keys.

The pans were too dirty and worn out to cook with, with food stuck to them, so making our New Year's Eve meal wasn't possible even though the kitchen was meant to be ready to use. The owner tried to bring us a new pan and sent a cleaner to deal with the bathroom, but its bad smell never went away. We were four people staying for two nights, from December 30th to January 1st, 2025. The place was dirty and damp, smelled bad, and had dust that seemed not to have been cleaned for ages. It was a terrible stay. I've attached photos and videos showing the property's condition. We absolutely don't recommend it.
