The mattress made a lot of noise, and the windows didn’t close properly, so there was plenty of noise from outside and the other apartments, including slamming doors, yelling, and neighbours having s. The rooms were very cold. The only way to warm up was a radiator, and it barely kept up. I booked through airbnb, and they didn’t tell me the apartment was in this building until check-in.

The city location is good for exploring, but the room was the worst part of the stay. It was dirty, had old furniture, and was very loud. You hear everything from other guests. Because it’s so cheap, there are several big groups of students or very young people yelling and drinking all over the place. Reception doesn’t care about any of it. Never again, and I can’t recommend it.

For what I paid, this place was amazing. The room had everything I needed: a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishes. Some hotels in Spain don’t have all three, or even one of those things, and I hate staying somewhere without at least a fridge. Customer service was great, and most places I wanted to go were within walking distance. Taxis were a walk away too. Awesome 😎

The location made this a good deal for the price we paid. I booked a room through Airbnb, and it was clean, with the feel of an older hotel that had been updated a little. Our room faced the back, near the gym. On one of our two days, we heard some noise until about 22:00.

The room was recently remodeled, spacious, clean, and comfortable, though not fancy. Having a small kitchenette and microwave was really handy, especially with Mercadona right across the street. The paid private parking was cheaper than nearby public lots, too. The person working when I checked in was so kind that I wish I’d asked his name. He walked me outside and showed me where to park, which I really appreciated. God bless him. Torre del Oro and Plaza de España are easy to reach on foot. Getting into the center does mean crossing a bridge, but it’s a flat walk of about 10-20 minutes, which seems fine for most travelers. I don’t quite get the earlier reviews. It’s not a particularly fancy property, but I’d put it above average.
