The old town setting, friendly host, and mix of wood, decor, and antiques all made the stay feel special. My room had lots of nicely decorated touches, and the stay was very comfortable. I travel all over the world and can appreciate a hidden gem. This place deserves more than 3 stars.

The breakfast Pilar made was delicious, and the room had a lovely terrace and view. We were only there for one Saturday night, but felt really comfortable. The place is welcoming and super clean, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend it.

Pilar is so lovely, and you can tell she puts a lot of care into the place. It’s really well looked after, and the breakfast was fantastic. 100% recommend.

The breakfast was the highlight, lots of variety and a really good spread. The price was quite reasonable, too, so I’ll definitely return. Pilar explained everything in detail, from the room to things to see in Ayllón and places to eat. The hotel is rustic, with stone walls and a fireplace, exactly the feel I wanted. It’s in a great spot and very quiet, with no outside noise. Everything was spotless. I spent the weekend in the village and couldn’t be happier with the stay.
