The scenery is lovely and the countryside is beautiful, but I wouldn't return to this hotel. We were there for one night with a child and were disappointed to find the pool closed on a weekday. The receptionist said it only opens on weekends, though our booking information said it would be open. At 5:30 PM, the restaurant also couldn't serve food until 8 PM. They suggested beer and nuts from the cafeteria instead. Once it opened, the food arrived quickly, but it didn't taste very good, and the grilled chicken was burnt a little on the outside. There were lots of flies in the restaurant, which is in the countryside. Our small ground-floor room had a poor view from the terrace. That evening, a busload of older people had a loud program at the hotel, and the noise continued past the start of quiet hours. It finally stopped around midnight, and then we could sleep.

This is a typical Spanish rural hotel, so don't expect four-star standards, but it had what we needed for a few nights. Our large group stayed for two nights, and the family-run place was really nice. Staff were brilliant, the food was delicious and plentiful, the rooms were clean and large, and the view was amazing. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area. Thanks for a lovely visit.

The balcony views are lovely, and the hotel sits in a superb location. Staff are very courteous and helpful, while the terrace and bar make a nice spot to relax or meet up. The rooms are spacious enough, though they could use some updating. For a two-star rural hotel, it has everything you need for a short break.

The room was clean and airy, and the reception staff were especially helpful. The location is wonderful. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for someone who isn't Spanish: one slice of partly toasted bread, a choice of cheese or sausage slices, jam, and a muffin. I would have liked something more continental.

We came with a coach party and were very pleased with our stay. The family-run hotel's staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We visited in March, though, and it was cold up in the mountains. I'd recommend coming in summer to enjoy the views from the hotel balconies.
