Apartamentos Mapamundi

The neighbors got a bit noisy at times, and we could hear a dog barking, but that had nothing to do with the accommodation and didn't affect our experience. Communication with the owner was quick, friendly, and professional throughout. The apartment was clean and extremely well kept, with real attention to detail. It felt like home right away. The comfort, organization, and peaceful feel went beyond what we expected. A perfect experience from the start. We'd wholeheartedly recommend it, and it would be our first choice if we came back to the area. Thanks so much for everything!

There are stairs to reach the upper floors, and finding free parking nearby might be difficult if you're arriving by car, though it's not impossible. The price is competitive, and the best price is on their website. The location is central, beside the iconic Plaza de San Andrés, just a few steps from Plaza Alta and the Alcazaba, Plaza España, and the green corridor through the city's fortified areas. We stayed in the Europa apartment while visiting family and friends. It was modern and had a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The decor, excellent upkeep, and useful suggestions for things to do showed that they really care about getting things right. The building has been completely renovated, and the Mapamundi staff were friendly and helped make it a positive stay. The spacious bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a shower, magnifying mirrors, bright lighting, and good water pressure. The modern kitchen was fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, and more. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't recommend these apartments at all. The toilet was still filthy from the previous guest, and the apartment smelled musty. There were warning signs everywhere, basically saying you'd be fined if you moved things. Now I'm waiting for the disrespectful reply I've noticed seems to be their usual tactic.

My apartment was just right for the stay I had in Badajoz. It was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location was very good, and there was a public parking lot nearby where I parked without any trouble. After my stay, they even took the time to ask if everything had been alright. Definitely recommended, 100%.
