Cozy Rooms 45

I had a much better experience at the other place right next door, which I rated 4 stars ✨. This one wasn’t for me. I’ll just say they need to fix the issue I brought up with them on WhatsApp.

We booked the apartment for two nights, but had to leave the next day because of the smell of damp and sewer coming from the place. They charged us a €100 deposit, which is more than they seem to have put into the whole apartment. The jacuzzi didn’t drain properly even with a normal shower’s worth of water, the kitchen counter was dirty, and its parts were grimy and greasy. Half the outlets didn’t work, there was no bulb in the bedside lamp, and the TV didn’t work either. It was disgusting. I can put up with a lot and I’m not particularly squeamish, but this place made my skin crawl. I don’t think it meets the minimum health standards for a business of this kind. I’m giving it one star because there isn’t a lower rating.

Even the TV doesn’t work, and they still charge €100. I’m so upset. The place is a total rip-off, and I’d never recommend choosing it. The room is filthy, in awful shape, has no hot water, and the air conditioning is broken. It smells bad too, and the location is horrible. You’d be better off paying a little more for somewhere more central and convenient. I wouldn’t stay here even for free.

Apartment 2 was poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. There was a damp, musty smell like a sewer, half the outlets didn’t work, and neither did the TV. Several lamp bulbs were missing, and there wasn’t enough kitchenware.
