Hotel Arena Select

We had our own balcony, and the room was really pleasant, with nice lighting, a great bathroom, and a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the windows kept out the road noise well. The whole hotel is on the first floor, which I hadn't expected from the website photos, but it didn't bother us. It's in a calm area on the edge of Valencia, with a big shopping center nearby. Walking to the city center takes about 40 minutes, or around 25 by bus. Highly recommend it, I'd definitely come back.

Modern, roomy rooms with good service, a quality bed, and solid soundproofing. They also left water and plenty of coffee in the room. The hotel is in a great spot for Roig Arena and the museum area.

We spent a full week at Hotel Arena Select, and found the location especially handy for Ciutat de les Arts. The tram stop is about a seven-minute walk away, with an easy ride into the city center. A large mall and Carrefour are also within walking distance. The reception team were all helpful and very friendly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Youss. Hospitality seems to come naturally to her, and she made us feel welcome and special with her warm, professional manner. People like her make a real difference to a hotel stay.

A few things bothered me: the fridge kept ticking and there was no way to switch it off, reception also controlled the air conditioning, not just the room, and breakfast was poor, with eggs costing extra. Everything else was almost perfect.
