We’ll remember this as one of those small, special moments. My husband and I felt so comfortable, and we were grateful for the warm, professional service. The food was sensational, served beneath an impressive dome in what used to be a chapel. We felt lucky to share those delicious dishes. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We’ll definitely come back.

This school has become a benchmark across the country, with excellent facilities and teachers. It’s trained many standout dining room and kitchen professionals, including people who’ve gone on to earn Repsol Suns and Michelin stars.

The meal exceeded our already high expectations. The dessert was delicious and spectacular, with eight different layers, and they adapted it for one diner’s lactose intolerance. The fish and meat were cooked perfectly, while the sides and sauces were superb. We also really enjoyed the Californian red wine. Ingredients were top quality, and the menu was broad and very well executed. Service was quick and efficient, with the kitchen and dining room working smoothly together. They paid attention to the details that make guests comfortable from the moment they arrive. La Capilla, the restaurant at Hacienda la Laguna Culinary School, opened to the public this week, and the meal showed the high standard of both the students’ training and the teaching staff. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, the €27 tasting menu includes a welcome cocktail, cold and hot starters, fish, meat, dessert, coffee, petit fours, and drinks. Congratulations to the whole school team and all the students!

Fernando led our tour and made it really enjoyable. He explained the world of olive trees, olives, and production in detail, and you could tell he’d been involved since he was a child. He answered every question we had. We’d encourage people to give this tour a try. We’d come from Burgos to learn more, and it was a very thorough visit.

Santi made the visit really enjoyable. He explained the olive oil production process and the whole museum very well.
