The woman who manages the hotel was kind and clearly tried hard to make things good for guests. My experience was still ruined by how her husband treated us. We had agreed with her that we could use the pool until 1:30 PM, an extra hour because our flight was delayed. She had no issue with it, especially as the next guests weren't due until 5 PM. Then her husband came over yelling and ordered us to leave at once. It was shocking and deeply disrespectful. The woman and the hotel itself were good, but I can't recommend staying here after that. They need to deal with his behaviour or stop operating a hotel. Nobody should be treated that way on holiday.

We felt unsafe and completely disrespected. The owners laughed at us openly, acted arrogantly and even threatened our team. A terrible experience. I would never return and would strongly advise others to stay away.

A lovely little Fincahotel, with friendly people. Such a nice spot to switch off and enjoy a holiday.

I've been here three times now, and that says plenty. It feels like coming home, with a personal touch that makes the stay special. The hostess is lovely, attentive and always ready to help. The whole place is charming and carefully looked after. Our room was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the pool, quiet little sitting spots and reading corners all make it easy to slow down. There's a breakfast terrace too, where the spectacular spread is worth lingering over: cheeses, breads, cold cuts, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, oils, coffee, tea and scrambled eggs, all tasty and high quality. You do need a car, but the peaceful countryside is part of what makes this place so appealing, and it's well placed for exploring the area. A wonderful mix of comfort and calm that I keep wanting to come back to.
