The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. Quite a few rooms looked nice and the rooms are clearly pleasant, but I was put in one facing a courtyard where people smoked, even though most rooms seemed empty. A couple I was with also got two single beds despite double beds being available. The pool loungers looked really old, and breakfast was basic and cold. There’s basic street parking nearby, and the location works well for a ten-minute walk to food and the centre.

For the price, this is a nice hostel in a great spot. The room was modern and a decent size, and although it was July, it stayed cool enough that we didn’t need the air conditioning. Check-in was easy. There’s a small cafe, plus a pool and sunbathing area. Free parking is just up the road at the edge of town.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and all the sights are a short walk away. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that’s to be expected in an old town. I’d stay here again.
