The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and the AC didn't work. Breakfast was the worst part: they called it continental, but it was just biscuits, a few cupcakes, poor coffee, canned juice, cereal, dry bread, and yogurt. When I asked for an egg, I was told it cost extra. For what they offer, it's far too expensive. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were warm and professional, and the thermal treatments were tailored to each person. It's part of the Imserso thermal spa program, too. There are plenty of interesting places nearby, and I think it's a good option for the price.

We stayed at the grand hotel in March and loved the facilities. There were several rooms for reading, billiards, or even playing the grand piano, and our room was comfortable, clean, and had incredible mountain views. The service was superb. We'll definitely come back.

The staff in reception, housekeeping, and the dining room were all excellent. The hotel is old, but has plenty of charm and was very clean. Our room was fine, and the bathroom was spacious, with a magnificent shower that got hot almost right away. The dining room was well organized and the cooking was home-style, though dinner was only adequate now and then. Breakfast had what you need to start the day, but the choices got repetitive.
