Apartment Barcelona Atic

The apartment’s location is quite good, but the equipment fell below standard. All Nice Apartments proved unreliable from the start. We had told them twice when we’d arrive, yet still waited 45 minutes for someone to bring the keys. Once we reached Barcelona, their agent didn’t answer the phone, so we didn’t know what was going on. We called the office and they took our complaint, but nobody called back, and they switched on the answering machine, leaving us completely without information. At check-in, they practically only checked the light bulbs. The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, and we even found dirty old socks behind the curtain. The sofa in the living room was old and dirty. The day after we left, we were accused of damaging it, but they showed us no proof apart from part of a photo. We weren’t even sure it was the same sofa, and they wouldn’t let us see the sofa in the apartment to verify. We never got our 400 Euro deposit back. I think the next client will be accused of breaking the sofa too. I’d warn anyone against All Nice Apartments. It seems their extra income comes from keeping your deposit.
