Hotel Rural Ca Mado Paula

We didn’t stay at the hotel, just stopped for food and a drink at the restaurant, which is perfectly situated. The young lady gave us great service. The food was fresh, tasty, nicely portioned and reasonably priced, and the drinks were great too. The view was so lovely, especially at sunset over the sea. Highly recommend it for the food, drinks and views.

We’re staying for the week, and the room is so pretty and romantic, with a breathtaking view. This is the loveliest place I’ve ever been. There’s currently a water cut across the whole village: no water in the morning, but it’s okay from 4pm to 11pm. It’s made us save some water, which isn’t bad for the planet. Please don’t cancel because of this unexpected problem. The people working at the hotel are so nice and are looking forward to welcoming guests and making their journeys wonderful.

I found it hard to recommend this place. Soledad was a highlight, lovely and clearly hardworking, and she’d made me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave before breakfast time. Still, starting a 30k hike without coffee was tough. I had to call to get in because no one was there, and the hot water ran out after five minutes in the shower. There was no tea, coffee or fridge in the room, and when I woke up there was no running water at all. Dinner was okay, but the menu was limited to things like nachos and burgers, and it was quite expensive. The croquetas were good, at least. Compared with other places I’ve stayed in Mallorca, it felt pricey for what was in the room. My room in soller was 25% cheaper, much bigger, and had an espresso machine.

The sea-view room is right by the road and beach parking, so the area was a little noisy. Still, the location is very convenient, with parking, the beach and restaurants close by. Marian gave us a lovely welcome and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the hotel’s rustic charm and had a great breakfast outside with a sea view.
