Venta el Borrego

My friend and her daughter had a lovely stay. Their room was warm, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was good. It’s a quiet spot, and I enjoyed a morning run before we visited the surrounding towns. Breakfast was good, too. Mornings got really busy since it’s a popular stop with cyclists and motorbikers. I’d stay here again :)

Our food arrived cold. I asked for a tomato salad but got lettuce and two cherry tomatoes instead. Not worth the price 👎

I’d ridden 175km offroad in a Gravel bike race and arrived late, tired, dirty and badly dressed. The hotel and restaurant staff were great. My room was simple and clean, and everything worked well. The restaurant was busy, but the team still found me a place to eat. The Calamari and oven-cooked lamb were great, and the atmosphere felt like a lively, welcoming local Spanish experience. Breakfast was just as good, with warm service and good coffee that saved me. I’ll definitely go again. Thanks to the team for a great experience!

A very nice find out in the back of beyond. My room was clean, the bed comfortable, though the pillow was very hard. All the staff were terrific. The bar and restaurant were packed with locals and had a great atmosphere. For €55, I got a twin room with breakfast for one night. If you’re in the area, that’s hard to beat.
