In winter, settling in by the fireplace was especially lovely, with the house feeling warm and peaceful. Artola Etxea is a welcoming rural guesthouse, a restored 17th-century home furnished with a mix of antiques and practical modern pieces. Its five bedrooms are well equipped, and there are two bathrooms.

The village is quiet, with nature and animals all around. The landlady was always ready to help and sort out any problems, which made everything easy for us. We found the house spacious, with plenty of rooms, a very large living room, and comfortable beds. It’s a lovely spot for a family holiday.

We spent the weekend here as three couples and all loved it. The country house is cute and cozy, with thoughtful details throughout. It’s beside hiking trails and very close to the cider house. We’ll definitely come back.

The area was beautiful and had lots for us to do, and we had a weekend we won’t forget. The house was so comfortable, everything was just right, and Lurdes was incredibly attentive and ready to help with anything. Thank you so much. I’d absolutely recommend it.

We were there over the San Prudencio holiday weekend, three couples with children, and the house was stunning with every detail taken care of. The peaceful village even had a pelota court we could enjoy all to ourselves. There were plenty of activities in the area for everyone. Our hostess Lurdes and her husband were absolutely delightful, and if we can, we’ll definitely return.
