Arcelon Hotel

The rooftop pool area was a nice touch, especially for warmer weather, and the hotel offers excellent value for money in Barcelona. It's a good option if you want somewhere stylish and comfortable a little away from the busiest tourist areas but still well connected. The atmosphere was calm, and the modern design, clean lines, and comfortable rooms made it easy to relax after a full day exploring. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the room setup showed real attention to detail. The staff were professional and friendly, always ready with directions or recommendations. I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arcelon.

Tomas at the night desk greeted me with real warmth, and Amin helped me sort out my parking issues. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was fantastic. It's a quiet area a bit away from the city center. I had a car, but walking and public transportation were close by. I wanted to add a couple of days to my stay, but the hotel was fully booked. They suggested I join the wait list, though it could go either way. I ended up booking another hotel, which didn't come close to Hotel Arcelon. This will definitely be my go-to whenever I'm in Barcelona. What a GEM!

I stayed at Arcelon Hotel for four nights, and the room and stay were good. I was surprised, though, that the only complimentary water was one bottle on arrival, whatever the length of the stay. Each extra bottle costs €5. For a four-star hotel, that feels below the hospitality standard I expected. I'd suggest reconsidering the policy, since it's a small gesture that could make a real difference to the guest experience.

Cash and a gold bracelet went missing, and we believe the hotel cleaning staff took them. We emailed the hotel and got no reply. They’ve dragged their feet, taken no responsibility, and offered no compensation. They even told us to file a complaint with the government ourselves. Another guest reportedly lost something that same day. I can’t consider this acceptable for a four-star hotel, and I’d warn anyone staying here to be careful.
