Benidorm is a lovely place and we enjoyed the holiday, and we’d go back there. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as four stars, though. We stayed four nights and had to move rooms because the first one was poorly cleaned. I have blonde hair, but there was black hair all over the floor and in the shower, plus something smeared up the skirting board and wall. The window was broken and wouldn’t lock. On our third night, the balcony door also broke. Until then we’d been able to lock it, but it looked as if someone had kicked it from outside. You could easily climb from one side to the other. When we asked for someone to fix it, nobody came. My husband took photos and went down to reception. They said nobody could look at it until morning, which wasn’t acceptable. We hadn’t had dinner and didn’t feel safe leaving the room with the door broken, so we were given another room. The hotel didn’t cater for English guests at that time of year, and the food was all Spanish. The walls were paper-thin too. At 3am, the people next door were being intimate, and their bed bounced against our wall so much that our bed moved with it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, with lots of fish, meat, vegetables and fruit, and the beach was an eight-minute walk away. The sea was amazing, and the evening shows were interesting. We got an early check-in for free and a late check-out, and the service was good. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed it a lot. The hotel was clean and nice, with kind staff, good food and a lovely mountain view. It’s close to the sea and city centre, really near everywhere. There were lots of middle-aged and older guests, plus some British kids, but it still wasn’t noisy. They had music or a dance show every evening. A good place, heartily recommended!

There were lots of Spanish guests. The rooms were clean and the food had a great choice, though the pool area was small. Reception and restaurant staff weren’t especially friendly, but the bar staff were lovely. I’d stay again.
