Best Western Plus Hotel Alfa Aeropuerto

The hotel offered a great stay at a much lower price than accommodation nearer the city center. My wife and I found the room practical, with all the basics for a pleasant visit, and the staff were generally gracious. I especially appreciated the front desk and housekeeping teams. Dina was a delight when we arrived, with a caring and sincere manner. The wait staff were pleasant too, though restaurant prices are a little steep. The main advantage for us was the efficient airport access, less than four miles away. We had a room on the side facing a fairly busy road leading to the “zona franca,” the industrial and logistics area between the Port of Barcelona and the airport. It didn't bother us, but very, very light sleepers might want to request a quieter side. A solid four from me.

We enjoyed drinks at the bar and Restaurant, with wonderful, kind service from Moha and his colleagues. We hope to come back sometime. The gym, swimming pool, and sauna were great to have. It's a nice place to stay if you're heading to the airport soon, and they provide a free bus there. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning, though it could get a bit cold at night. I found the beds comfortable, but not the pillows.

We stayed here before our cruise and were impressed by the hotel and service. The patio was gorgeous, and the free airport shuttle was a big plus. Do yourself a favor and eat at the on-site restaurant. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was amazing. The steak and burger were among the best I've had in a long time. Great job.

The gym was small, but it was kept in good shape and was nice to use. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection. The rooms were modern, clean, and roomy, and the staff made us feel welcome. The downside was the restaurant, where the menu felt expensive for what was on offer and the choices weren't very tempting. There was also a lot of traffic on the busy road outside, even at night, so the hotel could be noisy. Still, the hotel itself was lovely.
