The only real plus is the location. Navas metro station is very close, so it’s easy to get around the city. The apartment was dirty and overpriced. The sheets and towels were stained, the kitchen was filthy, and the pans were sticky and greasy. The floors and bedrooms were just as bad. The first owner we met was lovely and welcomed us warmly. Things went downhill at checkout, when we met the second owner. We’d been told we could leave at 2 PM, then found out checkout was at 12 AM. The owners didn’t speak any English and the second one started cursing at us in Spanish, for no reason as far as I could tell. We got out as quickly as we could. Two stars, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Find a better apartment.

It’s a pretty nice apartment, but it wasn’t clean when we arrived. The towels, floor, bathroom, and kitchen were all dirty. Keep in mind the owner speaks only Spanish and not a word of English.

The apartment is near the metro, which is nice, but it was very dirty. The kitchen and pots were filthy, the bathroom was too, and there were drops of blood on the towels. The man managing the apartment couldn’t speak English, so it was hard to understand him, and he was very rude.

A very good apartment at a decent price. I’m giving it four stars because the WiFi was unstable and the living room smelled of cigarettes.
