Feel at Sants Apartments

We found a bed bug in the room, with a photo to prove it, and had to leave immediately without staying even one night. The elevator also seemed dangerous, with several people getting stuck in it, while the staff appeared unfazed. Even though we left right away and had proof, the hotel is refusing to refund us. Totally unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

A bedbug, a terrible check-in, and an incredibly rude host. We waited outside in the scorching heat with all our suitcases for 30 minutes, calling the hosting company because nobody had given us a code. The woman on the phone didn't know it either and had to go find it. The host eventually came with keys, but was incredibly rude to us. Within a few hours of settling in, we spotted a bedbug in the first bedroom on the right. We packed immediately and moved to another hotel. When we reported everything to the manager or host, he was rude again and refused to believe us despite the photo evidence. If you're okay with losing over four figures and changing hotels at the last minute because you don't want to sleep with bedbugs, choose this place!

We stayed three nights as a family of three, and the apartment had more room than we expected. The living room was especially spacious, and the kitchen was well organized, so preparing meals was easy. Everything was meticulously clean, including the bathroom. A fantastic stay, five stars!

The staff were very helpful, and the accommodation was good value for money. It's about 200 m from the metro. The main drawback was the internet speed and coverage, which was very poor in one of the rooms.
