Enjoybcn Colon Apartments

The only real snag was the showers. Both started backing up toward overflow unless we turned the water off. Staff fixed one quickly, but both did it again on our last night. Even so, I'd highly recommend the apartment and Enjoybcn, and expect they'll sort it out quickly. It's a modern, clean apartment in a great location. The electricity, A/C, and appliances all worked well, and taxis or Uber were easy to get just steps from the door. Enjoybcn staff were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed them.

We had a wonderful holiday with our daughter and granddaughter, whose highlight was the communal pool. The apartment matched the photos and inventory. The lift was a bit small for luggage, so we worked around it and got plenty of exercise on the stairs. Staff dealt promptly with every little issue, and we made use of the option to leave our luggage before the apartment was ready. I couldn't fault the service. We'd certainly recommend it and hope to return.

The apartment was lovely, modern, secure, and in a perfect part of Barcelona. Staff got back to me quickly and efficiently. We had a great time, thanks! I'd have given five stars, but the WiFi had a problem on day one, though it was resolved, and there weren't any spare pillows. One pillow each wasn't enough.

The rooftop pool was a lovely extra, and the apartment itself was clean and quiet. We had everything we needed to cook and relax as a family of five. Getting around Barcelona was easy too, with the metro and bus close by.
