Chaima made breakfast especially enjoyable. She was kind and attentive, greeted us with a smile, and her positive approach and excellent service made it clear that she really cares about the guests and goes out of her way to give everyone a good experience. We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel felt relaxing and welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and made us feel at home.

The hotel is beautiful and genuinely iconic, with an artistic design and a great central location. The room was clean and comfortable. Shaima and Paula on the breakfast team were warm and pleasant every day. I’ll definitely come back, especially for the staff.

Most popular places are within walking distance, and the hotel is in a great area. Breakfast included a mix of fresh hot and cold options. You can ask for pancakes or omelets made fresh, too. The servers, especially Irish, were attentive and nice.

The rooftop bar and drinks were phenomenal, and service from everyone was great. Breakfast offered a good variety, and Paola was pleasant and looked after us well. The rooms were clean. My only complaint was the AC, which wasn’t working properly and only managed to make the air cool at best.

We had a great stay and will definitely come back. The hotel is very central, so it’s easy to get around. The room had everything we needed, including an iron, shaving kit, dental kit, a good kettle, and excellent air conditioning. Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the evening receptionist with glasses. Breakfast was delicious, and a big thank you to Lorena, who was doing so much. See you soon!
