The balcony was a lovely spot for coffee or a glass of wine, and the room had nice furnishings and proper amenities. The bed was a little hard, though pretty typical for rentals. The Born location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby without the big crowds, and the nearest metro is an 8 minute walk away. My main issue was a strong sewage smell that seemed to come from the bathroom vent or the bedroom air conditioner. I had to leave the balcony doors open all day to air it out.
